NCSS vs. PHX/WNL vs. SAS - Validation? [Study Assessment]

Hi Helmut,

» Results by NCSS and Phoenix/WinNonlin are similar but don’t match SAS (whose CIs are wider). I love software.

I'm surprised with the results
Is it possible to make a dataset for validation? Do we have anywhere the reference dataset and the accurate result?

Kind regards,
Mittyri

When a distinguished but elderly scientist states that
something is possible, he is almost certainly right.
When he states that something is impossible,
he is very probably wrong.    Arthur C. Clarke
