hai i am ganesh, I am working as a statistical analyst in an institution which was conducting BABE studies. And Can any body give me the paper/site for Noncompartmental, BABE, etc in SAS. Bolton S and C Bon Pharmaceutical Statistics - Practical and Clinical Applications Marcel Dekker, New York/Basel/Hong Kong (4th Edition 2004) Appendix VIII gives some code in Excel (pp 559-652) and SAS (pp 653-710) for various applications, including BE.
