Hi All, I need ro calculate PK-parameters on my home computer. Since Winnonlin is a little bit expensive  I am looking for PK-solver or script for Statistica with the same functions.On the forum I saw a link to PK-solver but it (link) doesn't work  Can anybody help me and share with Solver or Statistica script? Many thanks, P.S. I don't work with SPSS |

When David Bourne retired from the University of Oklahoma in 2013 he moved most of his stuff from the domain boomer.org to pharmpk.com. His list of software is now located at http://www.pharmpk.com/soft.html. You can still download PKSolver from http://www.boomer.org/software/pksolver.zip System requirements: M$ Office (2003/2007/2010), OS: M$ Windows (XP/Vista/7). Let me know if you want a copy of the paper* describing the software (though since you are from Russia likely you know Sci-Hub).

Hi Helmut, Thank you very much for your reply! I do understand that PK-solver is likely not validated but I need this soft for quick "approximate" calculations (e.g. I have table of concentrations but analyst is not available or very busy  ).If you have manual for solver I will appreciate if you share it with me  |
