Dear MDR, I don't know if this (SummitPK - PK Solution) fits your need, if you insist using excel sheet... Dear MDR, PKSolver is one of Excel's add-on programs I've developed. All of the NCA calculations were validated by comparing with WinNonlin. Hope you enjoy PKSolver.
