Hi Ferry,
Sooner or later you will face trouble in Excel (see this post). Anything beyond 2×2 crossovers and parallel designs (e.g., more than two treatments) is a nightmare. IMHO, recent methods (reference-scaling for highly variable drugs / drug products, FDA’s scaling for NTIDs) are practically impossible.
See this post. I would not recommend Kinetica (bug in evaluating parallel designs with unequal group sizes). See also this recent thread.
