CVintra from CI [Power / Sample Size]

Yes. You don't need the power in such a calculation - only the CI and the study's sample size (preferably the number of subjects / sequence also). T/R is optional. If you don't trust in M$-Excel, you can do a manual calculation as well - see one of my lectures (slides 12-15).
