I think you answered a question I did not ask. No worries, this has happened before. If we ask ourselves at which T/R the odd Danish requirement has the least impact (as compared to the standard criteria) then I would expect this to be at T/R = 1.0 (the chance of CI's traversing 1.0 highest for stochastic reasons), which I guess is what you also expressed.
