In your opinion, based on this same example from the FDA guidance on VCA, how could I determine the statistical power for this analysis to assess the probability of rejecting the null hypothesis of bioinequivalence?

Would you happen to have a function ready at hand to provide this result? Based on these findings, what would be the required sample size for variation, according to Locke’s method, to ensure at least an 80% chance of rejecting the null hypothesis?

I was genuinely unable to find any article that explains how to determine the sample size and test power for the Locke method in the context of VCA studies.
