Partial replicate design: reference(s)? [RSABE / ABEL]

Dear Helmut,
in this post I mentioned the oldest study with partial replicate design (sequences RRT,RTR,TRR) I know about. The study was conducted at AstraZeneca R&D Lund, Lund, Sweden in 1999.
