Lower= EXP(Mean(T)-Mean(R)- t(.05,2(n1+n2+n3)-3)*SQRT(var(intra)*1/6(1/n1+1/n2+1/n3)))

Upper= EXP(Mean(T)-Mean(R)+ t(.05,2(n1+n2+n3)-3)*SQRT(var(intra)*1/6(1/n1+1/n2+1/n3)))
