Lower= EXP(Mean(T)-Mean(R)-SQRT(var(intra)*1/6(1/n1+1/n2+1/n3)))

Upper= EXP(Mean(T)-Mean(R)+ SQRT(var(intra)*1/6(1/n1+1/n2+1/n3)))
