 IEC registration {CDSCO} [Regulatives / Guidelines]

Dear All,
As per published gazette on CDSCO site with respect to registration of IEC
  1. I want to know that what is the Licensing authority as per rule 21 clause (b)?
  2. What are the steps for IEC registrations?

Drug Controller General of India.

❝ 2. What are the steps for IEC registrations?


The IEC Registration forms and procedures for registration are yet to be finalized by CDSCO and they will upload the steps for IEC registration soon in their website.
