Hi Devender,

which (FDA) guideline are you referring to?

Of course posture should be standardized in order to minimize variability, but where does sitting for 2 h post dose come from?

Hi

I guess posture restriction is all about depends on nature of drug. Ideally we use to keep two hours post dose but it is not mentioned in any guideline.
