Of course posture should be standardized in order to minimize variability, but where does sitting for 2 h post dose come from? Best regards, Hermann |

Hi I guess posture restriction is all about depends on nature of drug. Ideally we use to keep two hours post dose but it is not mentioned in any guideline. Regards, Chintan Mehta |
