 Student's t test for confirming the outlier [Outliers]

Hi, all

Can anyone suggest do the student's t test can apply in redosing study for comparison for e.g. outlier subject's Cmax vs. control group subject's geomean of cmax using student's t test. Can student's t test for two sample be used using geomean instead of arithmetic mean?
