 5th percentile [Nonparametrics]

Hi Folks,

Am doing a bit of work on non-parametrics for clinical data.
How do you generate the 5th percentile for the Wilcoxon-Mann Whitney test
statistic? The sample data is first ranked?
Thanks in advance.
