 error JFSR [🇷 for BE/BA]

I have this error, Help me

Error: package or namespace load failed for ‘bear’ in loadNamespace(i, c(lib.loc, .libPaths()), versionCheck = vI[[i]]):
 namespace ‘scales’ 1.2.1 is being loaded, but >= 1.3.0 is required


I dont what I do

 package scales ≥1.3.0

Hi jforbital,

try this before calling bear():

install.packages(pkgs = "scales", repos = "https://cloud.r-project.org", dependencies = TRUE)

This will install the latest version (current is 1.3.0 of 2023-11-28).

Then try bear() again. If you get the same – or another – error, update all your packages, which I recommend anyway. See this article for the procedure. If that still does not resolve the problem, see this post about what is needed for us to track the issues down.
