 R code to assess bioequivalence [Software]

Hi All,

Helmut's lecture at Mumbai in 2012 contains R code that allows to assess BE in 2x2 crossover study (https://bebac.at/lectures/MumbaiWS2012-2.pdf).

Does anybody have R code to assess BE in full replicative studies?:confused:

I am not strong in math so I can't modify current script...:-(

 package replicateBE

Hi Nicolas,

❝ Does anybody have R code to assess BE in full replicative studies?

The package replicateBE would help. See also the online manual and its vignette. The package was cross-validated against SAS, Phoenix WinNonlin, STATISTICA, SPSS, Stata, and JMP.*

 package replicateBE

Hi Helmut,

Many thanks for updating me with R package but I am fond of programming in visual basic and I'd like to create my own script in basic for my own purposes. ;-)
I managed to make VB code for 2x2 crossover quite quickly with your lecture but I don't know how to modify it for 2x2x4.
Partial designs are not utilized in my practice :-D

 replicate designs in VB

Sorry, no idea. The last time I coded in VB is 20+ years ago. Good luck in rolling out your own code.
At least you can use the package replicateBE for cross-validation. Hint: The data sets in CSV-format are also available at GitHub. The ones of a TRTR|RTRT-design are DSXX.csv, where XX = 01, 06, 08, 09, 1215, 1821, 25, 26, and 29.

Good. Very good!

PS: I moved the thread to the category Software.
