 PK simulation in Phoenix [Software]

Hi,

Can we do PK modeling or simulation using Phoenix winNonlin/nlme module? If yes can someone elaborate process. I need to simulate PK data observed from 2 studies to predict PK data of future formulation with similar changes.

Are you referring to IVIVC?

 PK simulation in Phoenix

This is definitely possible, either via IVIVC or the model object;

There are worked examples in the Help.

https://onlinehelp-dev.certara.com/phoenix/8.3/topics/nlmeexfitpkpd.htm#XREF_32183_Fitting_PK_and_PD

And there are also some free training materials - look at Help>Phoenix IVIVC tutorial and the other material in Certara University.

If you have a specific questions you can try looking or asking on the User forums https://support.certara.com/forums/

or if you have some specific queston you can try emailing [email protected]

 PK simulation in Phoenix

Thanx Simon,

Question is related to PK-PD modeling, like wanted to build model using observed PK data linked with git pH value and predict data for future batch.

Thanks in advance !!
