Confidence interval for PK and PD analysis [General Statistics]

Hello everyone,

Why do we set 95% CI for PD data analysis and 90% CI for PK analysis.? Why not 90% CI for PD data analysis?

Please kindly clarify me and correct me if am wrong anywhere.

can you please be much more specific?
There are lots of 90% CI's used in PD, so in order to get towards an answer for your question can you please give a lot more context including: Where do you submit the dossier, what drug is it, what is your endpoint, did you get sc.advice or do a controlled correspondence with the authority etc?

Pass or fail!

Dear ElMaestro,

I was assuming that 95% CI uses for PD and 90% CI for PK analysis.
So setting up the CI depends upon our Statistical Modeling?
