There are lots of 90% CI's used in PD, so in order to get towards an answer for your question can you please give a lot more context including: Where do you submit the dossier, what drug is it, what is your endpoint, did you get sc.advice or do a controlled correspondence with the authority etc? — Pass or fail! Dear ElMaestro, I was assuming that 95% CI uses for PD and 90% CI for PK analysis. So setting up the CI depends upon our Statistical Modeling? Edit: Full quote removed.
