Hi all, Some EMA news If the Court of Justice upholds the view that CSRs [clinical study reports] should benefit from a general presumption of confidentiality, it would change the rules of the game. Sadly, such a move could easily take us back to a situation where disclosure of clinical trial data is the exception, instead of being the norm. See here — Kind regards, Mittyri |

Thinking back, how long it took to get to this point, and that there already was a lot of populism and lobbyism (from al sides, including the "patients") I am not concerned that there will be a rapid change back. ❝ See here Sorry, but this is behind a pay-wall?
