Dear Mittyri, thank you very kindly for responding and my sincere apology if I inadvertently failed to follow forum procedure Kind regards Ahmed I am using a template on WinNonlin to analyze RSABE data according to FDA. In the final conclusion table I get this ABE; Ratio%: 64.85; 90% CI Lower: 54.00, 90% CI Upper: 77.88 RSABE; sWR: 0.446; Point Estimate: 1.0284; Critical Bound -0.0989 My question is: should not the Ratio% be the same as Point Estimate? PEs obtained by ABE and RSABE can be very similar but must not be identical since the underlying statistical models are different.
