 AUCt and AUCi Calculation using SAS Software [Software]

Dear Team members,

As i have only SAS Software with me right now by i want to calculate the PK parameters which can be only done through WinNonlin software

I recently got through some of the articles and found that we can calculate the same through SAS software

can anyone have the code for calculating the Paremeters like AUCt, AUCinf, Kel and Thalf using SAS code. if anyone have the code please share it.

I think that statement isn't true. Since SAS is a multipurpose statistical language you may also be able to calculate the PK metrics within that.

But take all this sayings and code with a grain of salt. See it as a starting point for your own code.
Many special situations like missing values or values below LLOQ are not covered.
Additionally the ability to react on errors. Nearly not possible with SAS.
