 Intra-CV in three-treatment, three-period, three-sequence study in SAS [Software]

Hi,

When I try to calculate the intra-CV of three-treatment, three-period, three-sequence study in SAS, there is only one residual in the output. So, how could I find out the intra-CV between T1-R and T2-R respectively? Could I put only T1 and R or T2 and R in the model to get intra-CV respectively to compare which treatment is better?

Thanks in advance. :-D

 ISCVs of T1-R and T2-R: Leave-One-Out (IBD)

Hi libaiyi,

Correct – if you use the conventional model, you get only one (pooled) variance.

See this post. You are on the right track. :-)
Perform two analyses, where in the first you exclude T2 and in the second T1.
