Incorrect MRT data export in "bear" [🇷 for BE/BA]

Dear all,
surprisingly found that after NCA and stat.analysis there is an error in MRT data export for T and R - csv file contains the same data (it is wrong)
MRT0inf_Test   MRT0inf_Ref
4,61                 4,61
6,76                 6,76
5,49                 5,49
3,91                 3,91
2,38                 2,38
2,76                 2,76
2,79                 2,79

but in txt file they are different (it is right)
subj  Test    Ref  Ratio
   1 4.611  3.468 1.330
   2 6.757  3.794 1.781
   3 5.491 14.003 0.392
   4 3.908  3.074 1.271
   5 2.377  2.384 0.997
   6 2.755  2.948 0.935
   7 2.792  2.857 0.977

Has anyone faced with that?

Incorrect MRT data export in "bear"

Hi roman_max,

Thanks for reporting the error. I will check the codes to see what it is going. It looks like MRT0inf_Ref does not point to the Ref. correctly (but to the Test) when generating csv file. Sorry about this error.

[edited] I've already fixed the error. It only occurs in MRT0inf_Ref. Thanks again.

Incorrect MRT data export in "bear"

Dear yjlee168, sorry for my belate response. Today IvetriedchecktheissuewithMRTandfoundtˆtheprobmstilleξst.Ive run a different dataset and in outputs I have a different results - in ..._nca_pk.txt file (it seems right, at least they are different for T and R), but in ...misc_pk.csv MRT results for T and R are the same.
I`ve also re-installed the bear package from the lates zip file taken from sourceforge web-site. No changes in this matter, unfortunately.
Please re-check the code (or something else) to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Incorrect MRT data export in "bear"

Dear roman_max,

Yes, you are right about this error. I have not released the update yet, though I have already fixed the error. The current version is still v2.8.3. You have to do it manually right now. Sorry about that I did not explain clear enough in last response.
