Dear All, Let's say I have 60 subjects that must be dosed according to BE-protocol. My study site can accommodate only 15 subjects so that to dose all people I have to split them into several groups. Does this splitting have an impact on variation of PK? Should it be analyzed in ANOVA? |

Dear BE-proff, I do no think that it is always possible to get all subjects, required in study, dosed at the same time. It is not required to have group variable in ANOVA if these groups are made randomly and not based on any specific characteristic of subjects. GSTATS Edit: Full quote removed.
