Sequence effect in BA/BE studies [General Statistics]

Dear all,

I would like know the reason for sequence effect being significant in 2x2 crossover design of a BA/BE studies.
Is it due to high subject to subject variation?
Is subject to subject variation means Inter-subject variation?

I would be glad to get a reply.

Regards,

Atish

Dear Atish!

Please use search feature of the forum first...

A statistical artefact (unlikely in a properly planned and performed study)?
For details see this post.

❝ Is it due to high subject to subject variation?

No.

❝ Is subject to subject variation means Inter-subject variation?

Yes: inter = between, among (from Latin intera), intra = on the inside, within (Latin) :-D
