Hi All, I want to calculate Emax & ED50 as per FDA guideline using Population model for which I have data of 3 columns (SubjectID, Dose [in minutes], AUEC value). I have Kinetica software for this purpose. Anyone have any idea how to calculate Emax & ED50 in Kinetica ? Steps for method or any example will be very helpful. Thanks, Sanket |

Of them 39% come from the Baidu spider, followed by Bing with 30%, and Google with 13%. I prohibited Baidu from crawling, but it doesn’t care. Given the wide range of IPs bots have, it would be difficult for the forum’s scripts to filter them out and not advance the counter of views.
