Hi All, I have tried to upload test data into Bear to try NCA but it says that dataset is not complete and analysis can't be processed ![]() I can't find the mistake ![]() Please help.... subj seq prd time conc 1 1 1 1 0 0 2 1 1 1 1 10 3 1 1 1 2 20 4 1 1 1 3 30 5 2 2 1 0 0 6 2 2 1 1 10 7 2 2 1 2 20 8 2 2 1 3 30 9 1 2 2 0 0 10 1 2 2 1 11 11 1 2 2 2 22 12 1 2 2 3 34 13 2 1 2 0 0 14 2 1 2 1 12 15 2 1 2 2 24 16 2 1 2 3 31 The Subject codes of taking Ref. product are as follows: ------------------------------------------------------------- [1] 1 The Subject codes of taking Tets product are as follows: ------------------------------------------------------------- [1] 2 The input data could be an incomplete dataset, i.e., 'Subj of taking R' is not exactly same as 'Subj of taking Test'. At the moment, bear cannot analyze an incomplete dataset. Please Enter to go back the Top menu... |

Dear BE-proff, Should you data be like this? subj seq prd time conc instead of this? ![]() ❝ subj seq prd time conc ❝ ... ❝ 7 2 2 1 2 20 ❝ 8 2 2 1 3 30 ❝ 9 1 2 2 0 0 ❝ 10 1 2 2 1 11 ❝ 11 1 2 2 2 22 ❝ 12 1 2 2 3 34 ❝ 13 2 1 2 0 0 ❝ 14 2 1 2 1 12 ❝ 15 2 1 2 2 24 ❝ 16 2 1 2 3 31 However, I doubt that you can do NCA further since your dataset looks weird or funny for me. Hi yjlee168, Certainly, these figures are fake and I use them just for training ![]() Step by step I will take actual data ![]() Thank you |

Dear BE-proff, OK, I see. No problem. I would like to suggest that you may learn bear more quickly from running demo dataset. Then browse all output files generated after each demo run. All output files can be found in your working directory. You can type getwd() under R console to find where it is. — All the best, -- Yung-jin Lee bear v2.9.2:- created by Hsin-ya Lee & Yung-jin Lee Kaohsiung, Taiwan https://www.pkpd168.com/bear Download link (updated) -> here |

Dear yjlee168, Yesterday I changed data and I obtained PK-results (the 1st victory!) ![]() So, next time I will upload real data ![]() BTW, is it possible to change current settings? May be I need to compute a design different from default one? ![]() |

Dear BE-proff, Have you read Helmut's excellent post in this thread about how to set up bear? Yes, of course it is possible. Please remember to search the Forum first before posting your question. Thanks. ❝ BTW, is it possible to change current settings? ❝ May be I need to compute a design different from default one? — All the best, -- Yung-jin Lee bear v2.9.2:- created by Hsin-ya Lee & Yung-jin Lee Kaohsiung, Taiwan https://www.pkpd168.com/bear Download link (updated) -> here |

Dear yjlee168, Could please explain again. If I have 5 subjects for analysis (i.e. I will add # 3, 4, 5) how the table for bear will look? In other words, how to add additional subjects to your corrected example? ![]() Thank you |

Dear BE-proff, I will suggest the following ways to prepare dataset for bear:
