Problem While Printing Table in Phoenix 6.4 [Software]

Dear all,

Recently we updated our machine Winnonlin to Phoenix 6.4, in which i'm having trouble with printing the table which were given in HTML format. when i'm trying to print, it is printing half of the table another half missing. can anyone tell me how to overcome this problem.

However i tried to export it into Excel sheet but it is not showing zeros in decimal places and significant digits. is there any way to paste these html values into Excel as exactly they were.

Regards,
MGR

Problem While Printing Table in Phoenix 6.4

Hello MGR!

I'm also having this problem and would like to know if anyone has a solution. I use lots of tables and listings stratified by treatment and analyte in row, and only the first appears when exported to excel. What I'm doing is export to word and then copy & paste in excel. But that gives me a little bit of extra work.

THX

Hi Lucas,

I think this is a bug in Phoenix 6.4. May be the phoenix team has to give reply for this problem.

Thank you,

Hi MGR & Lucas,

❝ May be the phoenix team has to give reply for this problem.

Although Simon is an employee of Pharsight, he comes around only occasionally in his free time. For a faster response I would suggest to register at the Certara Forum where you could upload project files for further exploration of the issue.

Problem While Printing Table in Phoenix 6.4

Dear MGR, Lucas,
I would second Helmut's suggestion regarding the Certara forum as I'll see it quicker there and more file types are permitted as attachments. I'm not sure exactly what it is you want to do.

I just created a multi-page table in Phoenix and then printed from there direct to an installed PDF printer. The results are attached, it seems to look fine to me. No loss of second part of table, or precision.

<I can't attach the actual PDF, so here is a screen shot of it.>
Personally I tend to use either Reporter (part of Connect license) or the simple File> Word Export and I get the table I want into my report without any issues.

Excel itself can be somewhat unpredictable, e.g. I found that saving the generated table in it's native format of HTML that it would open again fine in a browser, as you would expect, and also right-click open with Word worked fine, but not Excel, where i saw the loss of trailing zeroes. If you want to exchange data then send the raw worksheet (not a table) as CSV or SAS transport file.

If you can post the actual project rather than the results - and also what you are trying to achieve and why, then we've got a better chance of helping you.

Simon
PS is it your Support Case 154087, MGR? if you do post in multiple locations please include the reference/URL so we're not repeating work. thanks.
