 In-Vitro study

Dear Pravin
the E3 format refers to clinical studies i.e. in vivo and would not be applicable for an in vitro study.
Kind regards

 In-Vitro study

Dear Pravin
As far as I know there is no specific guideline. I suggest to prepare the report more or less like a scientific publication:
  • Title page
  • Synopsis
  • Administrative structure
  • QA Statement
  • Signatures
  • Introduction
  • Material and methods
  • Results
  • Discussion and conclusion
  • References
  • Appendices
    1. protocol
    2. method validation report
    3. raw data
    4. certificates
      etc.
I hope this helps
Kind regards
