 Scientific advice [Off Topic]

Today we got scientific advice
And our development got a little spice
We asked to do scaled bioequivalence
for a tablet against malignant flatulence
"We are no fools
We know the holy rules
So you can't use PROC MIXED
Cause the divine PK-group wants all factors fixed
And if you turn out to show supra-bioequivalence
Then you must suffer the ugly consequence
Low bioavailability will not escape our detection
- Your product will face rejection
Otherwise we'd all be walking around in a toxic haze
And the world would be a very smelly place."
So now unscaled bioequivalence is all we dare
And in the future we'll all be breathing fresh air.

To propose that poor design can be corrected by subtle analysis techniques
is contrary to good scientific thinking.    Stuart J. Pocock
