 Method validation [Bioanalytics]

Hi,
can any one help us to know whether initial full method validation of particular molecule can be performed on 2 different instuments (2 same type of MS-MS) i.e. half of the experiment on 1 instrument and remaining half on 2nd?
if yes then what step needs to be followed?

 Two identical instruments

Dear Auditor,

As long as the validation is done on identical instruments (e.g. two API 4000) with the same settings, it should not raise any concern. It would be more problematic if two different instruments were used (e.g. one API 3000 and one API 4000).

❝ if yes then what step needs to be followed?
