 Stock solutions of comedications [Bioanalytics]

Hi!
Please comment on stability of methanol stock solutions of comedications in BA (paracetamol, caffein, nicotin, hormonal drugs, + 15 others and etc.) when prepared and stored @ -20 deg. Celsius.

Do you prolongue their stability with (which?) tests, always prepare them fresh when needed, state in SOP that they are stable for some period of time (which could be obvious:-D ), or take some other option?

Is there any literature data specificaly covering that topic?;-)
