 Recovery more then 100% [Bioanalytics]

Dear All,

In one of the validation we have used labeled internal standard. While performing relative recovery, we found 101% recovery of internals standard. I just want to know is it possible to get more then 100% recovery? And up to what extent higher recovery result is acceptable.

kindly give your concern.

regards,

Auditor.

producing some paltry result so that they can add to the flood
of inane papers that now constitutes “scientific progress”
