Kindly advice which one is best option (below mentioned) to evaluate the experiment:

1. Area ratio is appropriate to calculate aqueous stability, matrix effect and matrix factor?

2. Area is appropriate to calcualte aqueous stabiliyt, matrix effect and matrix factor?
