Dear All, Is there any ckeckpoint to identify aqueous chromatorgraphy and extracted sample chromatography or it is based on experience only. I have some idea about the identificaiton whcih can be done by base line noise, peak absorption and peak shpae. But i think it is not always true. Kidnly suggeste me any of the possibility if there any for the identification of the same. Regards Auditor |
