Diffrence between Aqueous and Extracted sample chromatogram [Bioanalytics]

Dear All,

Is there any ckeckpoint to identify aqueous chromatorgraphy and extracted sample chromatography or it is based on experience only.

I have some idea about the identificaiton whcih can be done by base line noise, peak absorption and peak shpae. But i think it is not always true.

Kidnly suggeste me any of the possibility if there any for the identification of the same.
