 Sample processing [Bioanalytics]

Dear All,

WE have performed method validation in normal light while study sample processing was done in monochromatic light. Is it OK? or we have to performed stability in monochromatic light. Please suggest.

Thanks and regards,

 Sample processing

Dear Kaushal,

As normal light is more aggressive for the samples than monochromatic light, I think there is no need to repeat the stability experiment.
