 Analysis of samples [Bioanalytics]

Dear All,

If one set of calibration curve and quality control samples are analysed along with subject samples and when injected all the calibration curve samples fail to meet the acceptance criteria and if another set of calibration curve samples if can be prepared with in the ininjector stability period and injected and the accuracy meets the acceptance limits can the data be accepted?

Regards,
Smitha

 Analysis of samples

Dear Smitha,
This is not at all acceptable since the batch should contain calibration curve standards subject samples and Quality control samples processed together.

Best Regards

Most scientists today are devoid of ideas, full of fear, intent on
producing some paltry result so that they can add to the flood
of inane papers that now constitutes “scientific progress”
