 concomitant medication [Bioanalytics]

Hi all,

I hav done a study where as per protocol i hav to spike x drug along with my drug of interest but i hav mistakenly spiked y, z also along with x drug which i have proved the validation with x, y, z then what shall i do regarding study. Either study shall be considered or not.

Please clarify.
