 Deviation from a procedure [Bioanalytics]

Dear all,

As per method SOP we have to analyse two subjects in one batch under single CC set but analyst has retrieved CCs, QCs and one subject at a time and another subject at different time from deep freezer.
As per guideline we should process all the samples from a batch together. so how can we justify this situation? is it possible? How?

Wating for ur suggestions.
