cyanocobalamin (Vit B12) estimation in serum [Bioanalytics]

Dear Group Members,

Wish you happy new year!!!

We are planning to perform bioequivalence study of Vitamin B12 Nasal spray and wanted to know bioanalytical method for estimation of cyanocobalamin in blood. Radio immunoassay is one method tried by many and very few have done with ELISA. I am also not able to find the commercial source of these kits. The standard product available are Nacobal and Calomist. It will be great if members can share their experiences on this.
