 Sensitivity [Bioanalytics]

Dear Members,

This is with regard to LC-MS/MS bioanalytical method development. Please clarify the following:

1. What are the factors affecting the sensitivity of an LC-MS/MS method.
2. What is the relationship between sample size (human plasma) and sensitivity of the method.
