 Reinjection reproducibility [Bioanalytics]

Dear all,

During the validation precision and accuracy batch reinjected two times (due to system failure) but previous day reinjection reproducibility proved for one time.
How can we justify?

Please clarify.

Dear Ramesh

You cannot reinject smaples in validation if havent proven autosampler stability and reinjection. Even reinjection has been proved it is for quality control samples. Hence kindly prove otherwise.
