 Method Development for Ursodiol [Bioanalytics]

hi, I am into developing a method for ursodiol, API 4000 LC-MSMS tandem mass spec. I just want to know how to obtain fragment ion for the analyte.
It is very difficult to get one for me.
can you suggest me the parameters / mode / mobile phase for the above compound.

A quick search on Medline gives several hits. Did you try the settings described in these papers ?

Its bharath here any one please give me clue regarding ursodiol and its conjugates method development ideas.. i have separated bile acids co-eluting with ursodiol now comes the enzymatic conversion.. need discussion regarding this..
