 STSS- time calculations [Bioanalytics]

Dear group members,
How can we calulate the stability duration for STSS? what time will be the starting point for calculation. Eighter stability stock solution preparation time or aliquotes keep on bench/refrigerator time?

And where we keep stability stock dilution aliquotes eighter in room temperature (on bench) or in refrigerator? But for LTSS stability stock dilutions will be placed in refrigeratior. Is the same case for STSS also or not?
