 correlation coefficient [Bioanalytics]

AS per anvisa Resolution - RE n. 899, of May 29, 2003

A} 2.2.3. The acceptable minimum criterion of the correlation coefficient (r) must be = 0.99
B} 3.2.4.4. the coefficient of linear correlation must be equal to or higher than 0.98.

What is differance/similarity between this two sentences?

Dear Pramod,

Considering the Resolution 899/03 the item 2.2.3 is applied for dissolution and equivalence methods (in vitro studies) and the item 3.2.4.4 is applied for bioanalytical method (in vivo studies).
