 Reintegrations [Bioanalytics]

Hello members,
I have some doubts about reintegration.
1. Can we do manual reintegration for a P & A batch?
2. Can we do manual reintegration for batch containing unknown samples?
or its better to update the integration parameters batchwise?
Please clarify me. Thank u. :-)

 Reintegrations

Dear Navin,

❝ 1. Can we do manual reintegration for a P & A batch?

Why not, if you can't get a satisfactory automatic integration ?

❝ 2. Can we do manual reintegration for batch containing unknown samples?

First try and find automatic integration parameters giving a satisfactory integration for a maximum of samples in the run. Then you can go for a manual integration for those samples which are still not correctly integrated.
