Autosampler stability vs. Re-injection reproducibility [Bioanalytics]

Dear all,

Please give your comments:

If Auto-sampler stability has established in Method validation experiments, no need to do Re-injection reproducibility.

 Autosampler stability vs. Re-injection reproducibility

Dear,
Autosampler stability (In injector stability) and Re-injection reproducibility both are different.
i.e, autosampler stability is established to prove the stability of the processed sample in auto sampler compared with processed samples(fresh).Re-injection reproducibility is established to prove stability of already injected samples.(to ensure that there is no difference between reinjected and initially injected samples).
