 Stock solution stability [Bioanalytics]

Dear all,

We have prepare stock solution of Reference standard for bulk spiking. At that time Reference standard within valid period. From this Stock solution prepared CC and QC samples.

After five days validity of Reference standard Expired as per validity date of COA.
Now my question is
Can we use these CC and QC samples after validity date of reference standard during study sample analysis? We have already prove stock solution stability of reference standard during Method validation at that time Reference standard within valid period.

Thanks in advance.

Dear Vishal,

The Crystal City white paper states that "if the reference standard is within its expiration date when the stock solution is prepared, there is no need to prepare a new stock solution when the reference standard expires". IMHO the same would apply to CCs and QCs prepared from that stock solution during the period for which you have demonstrated stability.
